OverDrive - VUSD Digital Library

OverDrive is a Digital Library of EBooks and Audio Books for VUSD students and staff. 

Currently VUSD has over 1,000 E-books and 200 Audio Books purchased in the Overdrive Digital Collection. As our collection size increases, we’ll open up access to all admin and classified staff as well!  Please see below for login information.

Here is the pertinent information you will need to know!

1. When at school, students should access OverDrive through *Clever….then they will be automatically logged in. 

*Clever is deployed on all student chromebooks and they can even use it on Windows computers as well.

2. For use outside of school hours, they may login to OverDrive http://visalia.lib.overdrive.com.  If they have Kindle on their phones or tablets, they may opt to load the book to Kindle, or they may simply read it in their device browser.

3. When students search the Your School Library Collection via the online OPAC (http://visalia.lib.overdrive.com ), the OverDrive titles are listed, along with our physical collection. Students may click the link to login to Overdrive and check out the book.
